Your membership charges once monthly and automatically renews until you cancel by email. You will receive confirmation emails and receipts; cancellations apply to the next billing cycle so current month benefits remain active.
Memberships are intended for the registered account holder and are non-transferable. Guests or party bookings may be accommodated separately, but benefits and unlimited sessions stay limited to the member.
To cancel, email our support team with your request. Cancellation takes effect for the following billing cycle; no prorated refunds for the active month, but you retain access until that period ends.
Noāunused sessions do not roll over. The membership provides unlimited tans during each active month, so plan appointments within the billing cycle to maximize value.
